Enquiries only

How your enquiry is handled

Contact: chris@scopeready.co.uk.

What the form collects and why

Company, contact name, email and a short workflow description are used to understand your process, discuss a demonstration and reply. A request does not sign you up to marketing or book a demonstration.

No job photos, attachments or customer evidence are accepted. Do not put customer names, addresses, work orders or job-specific information in the description.

Who holds it and when it is removed

ScopeReady is responsible for enquiries. Access to saved requests requires an authorised Cloudflare account; there is no public enquiry list or evidence download route. Cloudflare hosts the form and enquiry store. ScopeReady’s policy is to remove initial enquiries after 90 days, with a manual deletion review every 7 days. Actual removal happens when that review runs; automatic deletion is not deployed. Provider recovery copies may remain for up to 7 further days on the current Workers Free plan.

Abuse controls and service data

The form uses a hidden anti-spam field, a signed form check and hourly network rate buckets. The application attaches a keyed hourly network fingerprint to the enquiry for its retention period, rather than storing the raw IP address. Separate rate counters expire after two hours and are removed during the owner’s deletion review. The hosting provider processes network and request information to operate and protect the service. The existing public site also includes Cloudflare Web Analytics; provider handling of service and usage information is separate from the enquiry store. Application logs contain fixed event names and random request references, without message bodies or secrets.

See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of service information.

Receipt and owner review

A receipt is shown only after the backend has stored the enquiry and read its receipt back. It confirms storage for owner review. Automatic notification emails are not currently enabled. ScopeReady checks saved requests manually. A receipt does not confirm an email was delivered or a demonstration was booked. If receipt is uncertain, retry the same details to recover its reference.

Corrections and deletion

Email chris@scopeready.co.uk with the receipt reference, if available, to request correction or deletion or discuss how your information is used. Deleting the active enquiry is separate from expiry of provider-managed recovery copies.

Future pilot evidence is separate

This notice covers initial enquiries only. Before accepting actual repair-job evidence, ScopeReady and the firm would need separate agreed instructions, authorised access, service providers, retention, deletion and recovery arrangements. This form is not a pilot evidence intake.

If you use the email fallback

Your email is handled through your email service and the ScopeReady mailbox, rather than this form’s store. Send process details only. The form’s receipt confirms neither delivery of a fallback email nor a response.
